Not all conferences are in hotels. Honest! We can also find you the right place to stay, whatever your needs. From hotels and guesthouses to private accommodation we operate a delegate booking service that will be tailored perfectly to your needs.

NEGOTIATION

Your event, with our experience and excellent relationships we can negotiate on your behalf to ensure all requirements are met.

TEAM BUILDING

Whether it’s a drumming workshop, a day clay pigeon shooting, racing zap cats on the open sea or a spy hunt through the city, team building is a great way to build relationships during conferences and meetings. Further details.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

It’s not all work! For local excursions and visits you’re spoilt for choice too - the English Wine Centre, Michelham Priory, Arundel Castle, Goodwood House, Hever Castle and the Body Shop headquarters are all nearby. And this is only the tip of the iceberg!

EVENING FUNCTIONS

Hotels, the magnificent Banqueting Room at the Royal Pavilion or the splendid Edwardian Preston Manor, we can help. We can provide suggestions and details of other venues such as the Palace Pier, the Sealife Centre, Hove's Engineerium or Greyhound Stadium, country house hotels or many of the 400 restaurants in Brighton and Hove.

FAMILIARISATION TRIPS

Event bookers to the city. These can be up to three days and include accommodation and activities. We also arrange day visits, overnight stays and site tours.

CONFERENCE BIDDING

We can supply support literature and location information, arrange hosted visits for bid committees and be present at the bid itself.
